a. Signage must include contact name and telephone number listed and be visible from the street. Signage must remain in place for the duration of the permit.

5. Proof of Garbage Service
6. Transient Lodging Tax Registration Form
7. Permit and Inspection Fees: Please make one check payable to Tillamook County in the amount of $350.00
a. $250.00 Annual Permit Fee
b. $100.00 Inspection Fee
Please take a moment to peruse the Inspection Checklist from Supporting Document area. If property fails initial inspection, owner shall pay a special inspection fee for each additional inspection required.
**Be advised that a no show for a scheduled inspection will be considered as a failed inspection requiring the re-inspection fee to be paid before rescheduling will be considered **
