2019 Land Sale Properties updated 6/12/2019

Tillamook County held its annual public land sale auction on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

Properties that remain unsold at the annual auction are held over until the next annual sale. Tillamook County considers reasonable written offers on unsold land parcels between auctions that are at least 85% of the minimum bid price at the last auction, pursuant to ORS 275.200, from bidders who have never defaulted on a Tillamook County public land sale.
